My vote is for The Hunted.
5 min tt gets your hr up and legs burning.
20 min climb with attacks makes for a sustained level of suffering rather than those nausea inducing short intervals.
4 mins very high cadence descent allows some form of recovery and trains another aspect of fitness.
Ends with 5mins tempo then 5mins intervals arranged to make you collapse by the finish.
It's got a good 'narrative' and soundtrack too.
