    WICKED leg/core/endurance X-training

Guy in my team at work just started up his gig making these things. From the same guy who built my 'Bomb Proof Shop Stand'

I've got a prototype, and talk about blasting your legs, core and cardio...even a 'brisk' walk takes on a whole new dimension of training mayhem...

I don't see a backpack with a weight on it being all that innovative, people have been working out by carrying weighted backpacks since before I was born.

Don't people use weighted vests instead for a more active/secure fit? Seems like attaching weights to your back is an odd idea

Haha, that's a leftover A.L.I.C.E pack frame leftover from the vietnam days, with weights attached to the outside....how magical.
