    What to wear on trainer?

Hi, what do you people think, what is best to wear on cycling trainer (upper body)? Last winter I was wearing just a T-shirt, now started to wear undershirt, is it good or you think it's better somehow different?

I start out with shorts & jersey, usually I end up with just cycling shorts...
Comas aren't as fun as riding your bike, so wear a Helmet.

Road shorts with the thickest pad you can find. If you've got good airflow from a fan, this is one time that a cotton t-shirt can really help keep you cool so long as it doesn't cause chafing. And a sweat band for the head.

    Wear whats most comfortable

place the fan at a comfortable distance..

should we start comparing fan CFM and cone of breezyness too?

    maybe sweat towel softness....

    What to wear on trainer?

If I'm turbo training at home I'll wear bibshorts and not bother with a top at all. I get too hot as it is.

If it's dry I stand the turbo trainer outdoors on some paving at the back of the house for a bit of wind cooling.

A towel hung over the stem comes in handy for wiping away sweat from your eyes as you ride. A typical hand towel is fine. It doesn't have to be particularly soft.

Usually I wear cycling shorts only and I have a fan. When the workouts are very long (> 2 hours during base training), I might put on a jersey after 2 hours because I actually get cold.

    Lynskey Ti Pro29 SL singlespeed
    GF Superfly 29er HT
    S-Works Roubaix SL3 Dura Ace
    Pake French 75 track
