Hey guys, I am really putting forth an effort this winter to rider indoors (lots of rain lately) as much as possible to maintain, and increase, my current fitness level. I did a few races this past season but would really like to step up my game in '10. I picked up a CTS Mtb video (interval training) and was wondering if 45-55 minutes of intervals is sufficient training for a 2-2.5hr race. Should I be riding longer on the trainer to mimic the amount of time spent racing? Thanks in advance for your insight.
