You're welcome. One of my friends wives works in the fitness industry and speaks highly of the trx. Adjustable gymnastics rings are pretty sweet, but they can only do a couple really unique things...
Worked out on TRX all winter 2X week in a class, and was very impressed, especially with upper body and core toning. The instructor has put the class on hold until fall, now that everybody is outside doing the real things. Classes are great, because most of us can never push ourselves with these sort of workouts as hard as a coach does.
So I would check out local gyms and classes first, and give it a try.
I may spring for one at home myself, since I can feel my upper body getting weak now that I mostly ride and there's no other classes around my area.
