Well, I got my first "cold" of the season which after 7 days of incessant coughing, had me feeling pretty weak and run down. Now feeling better, but wondering the best way to resume my prior training plans.

(1) Do you start at same pre-illness level?

(2) If not, how much to you scale back?

(3) How quickly to ramp back up to pre-illness training level?

Thoughts on these questions and any other useful information appreciated.
