As I was ergging the other day, it struck me that stationary rowing and cycling were very complimentary to each other.
Digging around on Google confirmed this, though most of the references were somewhat vague and written more from the rowing side of things and not the cycling side of things.
I erg 3-4 days a week, for 30-60 minutes. I do it for general fitness and cardiovascular health. My stationary rower is a Concept2 and I use the RowPro software.
Is anyone using stationary rowing for cycling cross training? I'd love to add a bit of direction to my ergging sessions, and some tips or suggestions as to what I can do with those sessions to benefit cycling would be great.
