I am doing the Sea Otter XC followed by the Whiskey 50. I am racing Cat 2 at Sea Otter so the race will likely be 90 minutes versus the four and a half hours plus I expect to complete the Whiskey 50.
Anyone doing the same? Any tips other than intervals and long days on endurance days?
