    Sea Otter XC followed by Whiskey 50

    I am doing the Sea Otter XC followed by the Whiskey 50. I am racing Cat 2 at Sea Otter so the race will likely be 90 minutes versus the four and a half hours plus I expect to complete the Whiskey 50.

    Anyone doing the same? Any tips other than intervals and long days on endurance days?

    Try to get in some long climbs. Nothing like long climbs to help you train for races with long climbs.

    I did it last year. Didn't change training at all.
