Santa Cruz Superlight: building up from frame - questions...

Just bought a 2001 Superlight frame, and now the fun starts: choosing the parts to built it up with (over the coming monhts...).
to be able to ride the thing, I will start with recycling as much pieces as possible from my 00 Trek 7000, whose Mzocchi Mx Comp 85mm is too short for the supelight.

    So, what to choose:

    Headset:
FSA Orbit XL II or FSA Orbit UF ?

    Fork:

    MX Comp ETA 100mm
    or
    MX Pro SL 100mm
    or
MX Comp ETA/TAS 100-120mm (read some comments that 120mm sometimes comes in handy).

    Thx for the comments
