Hi. I'm just wanting to hear from racers who have had considerable time off the bike, in terms of how long it took them to return to peak fitness with the same training program. It looks like I may be out 3 or 4 months with a grade 3 or possibly worse calf tear. I'm gutted as I've just picked up two sponsors for 2010 and havn't even raced for them yet.
