Plyometric videos
I've been playing around a bit with P90X and although I ended up not following it that much, I did find the plyometric workout beneficial.
Does anyone out there in MTBR Land know a descent home based plyometric program on DVD that I can incorporate into my work outs? I usually end up doing the work outs on my own so they'd kind of have to be biased that way a bit.
Thanks!

I do not know about DVD follow along.
You might want to look at DeFranco's Training ..:: The Ultimate Way To Become A Better Athlete ::..
Search his site for plyo's. It's pretty helpful, youtube links, etc

Try the "Insanity" program on DVD. There's a lot of plyometric stuff, but it's really hard. I'm in week 2 and it's kicking my a$$.

Tony Horton has a few different Plyo workouts. The P90X one is great. the Insanity stuff really is insane. All of those workouts are hard. I'm sure someone will find something more cycling related. there's tons of drills you can do. I'll be back later.

Joe Friel and Plyo's
If you are a cyclist first, (versus track athlete). Basic plyo like box jump, vertical leap would probably be best. If you have height restriction (ceiling) - broad jump.
