    Online coach?

I am looking to step it up a level and wonderd if anyone could recomend me an online coach?

I do most of my intervals on a Tacx fortius, so someone who can read the files and adjust accordingly would be of great help.

I`m not to good at periodising workouts, awfull at knowing when to do what and how to peak for the important races.

I`m not made of money so not too pricey.

I just need someone to steer me in the right direction through the winter, and adjust the workouts according to threashold.

This year I got faster, but just couldnt hack the pace long enough.

    Cheers.

Jason or "sprocketjockey9" at http://www.fascatcoaching.com/ , has as good of feel for the demands of MTB racing as anyone out there. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a coach.

To top it off Jason is a super nice and practical guy, to boot, even if he breaks his bike all the time...

    Oh, and fast.

Kevin Swanson. He's based out of Santa Rosa, Ca. Mostly road and tri-athlete but has been helping me for the last year and a half. Awesome coach and good guy. Check him out! Swancoaching.com
