A little bit of wisdom would be great.

So, here's where I'm at. Over the last year I have went from 260lbs down to 165lbs right now. I have been riding and trail running a ton. (just over 1000miles so far this year)

Here's where I'd love some insite. If I'm trying to get as fast as I can on on the bike, what kind of weekly structure should I have? I have cut my running way down and ramped my bike miles up.

My race plan is Barry Roubaix, followed by the local mtb race series, with Mohican 100 k thrown in for fun, then cyclocross. So it's hard to figure out the peak, and build portions of my season.

Any help would be great, thanks.

I don't really have much useful information to offer you as I'm at a similar stage. Just wanted to say congratulations on your weight loss.

I got a lot out of Carmichaels book: The Time Crunched Cyclist, it's got a quite a few different training plans, and some bigger-picture stuff too, I think you would like it.
