    Has anyone had luck getting rid of foot pain after switching from Superfeet?

    I'm thinking about trying either the Sole Thin Sport or some of the Specialized insoles. I'm currently using the yellow Superfeet in Sidis. I need something thin to maintain the right fit. (I tried putting the Superfeet black from some other shoes in and they made them too tight) I usually start experiencing foot pain after longer rides/races after long descents. My cleats are all the way back and I've tried fooling with saddle positioning and loosening buckles. Has anyone had ball of the foot pain and solved the problem by switching to something else from Superfeet?

    sounds like you need sidi mega shoes, yellow superfeet have basically no padding.

    The width isn't a problem. It's the length where it gets tight when I use thicker insoles.

    It's not too bad after riding. I ended up getting some of those Sole Thinsport and I think that they may be helping. I did a pretty big ride today and I started feeling a little pain towards the end of the ride but not any more than I was feeling in the rest of my body from just riding hard for 5 hours.

    The Sole insoles are supposed to mold to ones foot but the insole still feels like it's in an awkward spot on the outside of my sole. Hopefully that will go away with time though.

    Have you tried some of the heat mouldable shoes like the shimano models?

    Here's a model similar to the ones I own;

    I have Sidi Eagle's (same as Dominator). So far with the Sole Thin Sport insoles and being conscious about making sure that I'm not ratcheting down my buckles too tight, the foot pain seems to have gone away. Thanks for everyones help though!
