    Carls Jr. for lunch again

My weekly jones for a fast food burger and fries. Tasty, but 45 grams of fat. 1000 calories total (Famous Star with cheese & medium fries & diet Coke). I tell myself it's OK as long as I do it only once a week.

The other option was a Powerbar ProtienPlus bar.

Ask them to give you the garden salad instead of the french fries next time and hold the mayo on the burger...that's what I do and it makes me feel not as guilty ;-)

But after a big ride, I need the 1/2 pound $6 burger...man that thing is good :-)
