    Hey Impy, here's some payback...

    For the knee-bread recipe that you gave out awhile back. I thought you might like these.

    Below is a pic of my results. I recommend letting them cool for about 10 minutes. Still warm enough to be good, but not hot enough to burn.

    Have you tried these with whole wheat flour or only white? I've been experimenting with using whole wheat flour (instead of, or in combination with white) in various receipes... And I'm finding out all sorts of things!

    Just curious if you, or anyone else, has tried anything like that.
