if you do a search you'll probably find a few threads about good online shops. greenfish.com and aebike.com are good shops.

Larry at Mountain High. You just have to email or call after 1pm central time. I know its not as convenient as JensonUsa or Cambria, but his prices are usually much lower. Plus he's more of an LBS than an online retailer.

Cambria bike(CBO)is good. They have good sales and a blow out section.
Bluesky is good and will have unbelieveable deals every now and then.
Universal seems to run hot and cold with its customer service.
Greenfish has a few good deals.
Frankford bike has a deal every week.
ediscount bike and Icycles - buy up seconds and resell for cheap. both seem to have grown out of eBay. not much in Customer service.
Bikeman is good - check out his "dirty 30"

top of the Customer service pile is Larry at MountainHighCyclery - lousy website but just use the contact info and he acts like he's your brother in-law trying to get in good with the family.
