Looking for an XT M760 crankset. Anyone by chance see any good deals on them besides ebay?

I'm searching for the same exact item. What I found online is at JensonUSA for $256 or at Nashbar for $242 with a 10% off coupon (code: NMTCH3).

Chainreactioncycles dot com have Shimano gear fairly cheap. They are a UK based store.

How do you get $170 for the cranks? They're on the website for $140?

I used the 99.99 "add to cart" price when I clicked that link earlier. I didn't see the 80.84 price up top. They're now down to 85.10 "cart" price within the past hour...

Make sure you select US$ on the webpage rather than convert the GBP price into $. The GBP price includes VAT which you don't have to pay.

If anyone's still on the fence about ordering from CRC.... I ordered on the 14th and the cranks were delivered YESTERDAY the 19th!! A Sunday delivery via USPS?!?!?!...What tha'... Very fast shipping w/ weekend delivery w/o having to pay extra. That's better than a lot of US sellers.

I did it, we'll wait and see!

I took your advice and purchased a set of the 760 cranks and cassette. I have never used CRC and am a bit aprehensive given the inexpensive price for these parts. I have had nothing but great luck with all of the other major on line companies so here's to it.
Saved well over $100 for the Cranks and cassette, total came to $226, not bad considering that the cranks alone on the other sites were at the cheapest $240.

I would love to hear more experiences from using this company.

I am located in Germany though, so it is "less complicated". They have great service and ship very fast.

Sometimes I get things from them faster than local suppliers in Germany

    Cheers,
    Cris

I was a little aprehensive as well, but I ordered the 760 cranks on Mar 14th and got them on the 17th!! (California)

When the package came it didn't come in the nice Shimano box like the cranks I see at the LBS. I'm assuming this is because CRC bought them in bulk from Shimano, hence the reason they can sell them for less...??

Overall, I'll buy from them again.

    That may also

be why we in the US can buy um from the UK. Ive got to think that shimano has some kind of pricing protection in place from country to country given exchange rates and such.

Maybe because these are OE leftovers or something then their not subject tothe pricing controls or something. Im just real happy that i found these so cheap..

If someone in the US sold the 760 crank and bb for $175 delivered do you think there'd be some takers?

    Crc

I just received my cranks and cassette this morning from USPS. I placed the order on Tuesday and they were delivered on Saturday. That is quicker than most of the domestic companies.
Parts were in non-Shimano packaging, but in perfect condition.

Can't beat the price and quick shipping, I will defiinately use CRC again.

Awesome!!! I'm sure you've already said it, but what was the final price delivered to Boise?

    XT's

The total billed to my credit card was $226.23 shipped for the XT 760 cranks and the XT 760 Cassette.

I was just on the CRC web site and saw Shimano 959 pedals for under a hundred dollars as well. Pridepoint has them for $150

Did you guys have to pay any sort of customs charge or tax on your orders? I'm about to order from them and I wonder if there are other charges that I should consider before placing my order?

    Thanks!

Nope, I paid for the item and a regular shipping charge. It was shipped via a UK carrier across the ocean and then given to my local post office. No hassles.
