    from one cat avatar to another...hell yes its a heavy fork. Dumbass me bought two, one from
    some dude on ebay (didnt get the original box and manual but new, and another from the link, ebikestop. Ebikestop is a good reliable source.

    But if you can climb and handle extra weight, it has a whooping 9 inches of travel when using
    it with a 26" tire, its a good fork. I am using the WB forks for 29er wheels so I am losing a couple inches of travel. I get 7" but thats not bad. Never have I ever owned a fork that can double as a boat anchor. I am in pretty good shape so the extra pound and a few ounces isn't that bad. (He says it now when the weather is cooler, wait til summer)
    The deal is great and they have a few left so jump on it. I wrote a review on shocks and forks.

    Have you adjusted the travel? If not, why are you loosing travel?

    what is the steerer tube size on the one you got from ebike stop? My guess is not the 1.5" I need

    had to get the 1.5 to 1-1/8 conversion head set

    No one does 1.5 steerer dual-crowns - it's not necessary. Just get a compatible headset.
