Where to get cheap/ lightweight rigid forks?

Searching for some carbon or aluminum forks to replace a suspension fork that is too tall for a frame I picked up. Around 420-440 A-C would work. The cheaper the better, any old school bargains out there?

Where to get cheap/ lightweight rigid forks?

I do not recommend the Whiskey fork - too cheaply made - very wooden feel and I had small problems with QR interface and huge problems with brake caliper mount and threads.

I checked the bay and may pick up one of these.
It has a 450mm A-C which should work on this old carbon trek. Probably the same carbon mold/factory as the Hylix. Cheap and lite, not so sure about strong.

Carver bikes offers 2 one with a 15mm thru axle, and one without. Both solid forks, I have the 15mm 490 and love it
