New question here. Where to find XTR960 middle chainring (32T) Shimano and/or aftermarket

I know is not going to be cheap, but maybe I can lessen the pain a little if I find it cheaper..

Open to any and all options..

    Thanks as always..

You'd need to make some additional purchases to justify the 20 euro shipping fee, but at least its in stock and not obscenly priced (about $54):

Schwalbe and Continental tires and most Shimano stuff is pretty cheap at bike-components, so shouldn't be too hard to put an order together.

Good luck, finding them new anywhere. I loved my M960 crankset(had them since 2004 - rings replaced 7x)...but once replacement rings started disappearing - I retired them off to another M960 lover, who modified them and went SS.

See if Blackspire(USA/Canada) or Specialites TA(France) has them online. Be prepared to pay 2x what the crankset is worth...

A few years ago I bought Middleburn 960 rings. Just checked the Middleburn site, and it seems that they are still making them. I am in the US, so bought them from a small tandem bike outfit. I think it is MTB Tandems, but cannot remember. I bought all 3 rings for about $110, but it certainly is more by now.

I like them better than the Shimano rings, which did not last long. They shift well (almost as well as XTR), but last bunches longer. I have a Blackspire 32 (as backup now), which was fine also shifting from the 22. Not certain where to get just one Middleburn ring if that is all you want.

I don't think you can find a better deal that much better than this one...
