Better off calling direct. One of their people spent about twenty minutes on the phone with me looking up bike specs. I'd already placed my order the day before, so he had no financial reason to do so.

I prefer email. If they prefer not to answer their customer's emails, then don't put it on the website.

I tried price match a couple of times and never got the answers. I even wrote a long "complaint" email and never got a respond. I gave up on Tree fort and have not shop w/ them over a year. I look at it this way... There are plenty of online retailers who're willing to do business with me, why should i shop at a place that does not value me as a customer.

Just ordered from them a second time. Fantastic customer service and communication regarding item availability! I got them to price match stuff over the phone, and add it to an order I already placed! Prices are fantastic, and they price match 90% of what I ask them to. Most stuff doesn't even need it, cause their prices already rock Great selection as well! I will continue to check them every time I have a large order to place. I live in Cali, shipping times were reasonable enough. Not the fastest or the slowest, got stuff in about a week. I expect the same out of this shipment!
