Great deal that's still there at 1:39 pm EST but it's a 1.5" tapered steerer only.

The long travel Revelation 140 only came in tapered steerer.

I didn't realize that before today but I looked that up after reading your first post and it is correct according to SRAM.

Did it have a 9 QR, or a thru axle?

Nope. Maxle Lite is still the 20mm version, just a lighter version of the original Maxle.

Plus the 2012 Revelation 29er 140 only came with 20mm Maxle, for 2013 they moved to the 15QR system.

It's a good deal for someone looking for a long travel 29er fork, I had one before and it was very plush, but ultimately I stuck with my Fox 34 Float as I'm a bigger guy, and sad to say it was x3 the price.

I have a OE takeoff 2012 Revelation RL 29er on my J9RDO, and I really like it. It's currently set to 120mm, but I ran it at 140 on my RIP9 for a little while.

Why'd you drop it back down? I'm running 120 on mine, wondering how 140 would feel.

It was at 140 on the RIP9, which is designed for 120-140 travel. It's now on my Jet 9 RDO, which is designed for only 100-120mm. A black, 20mm maxle, 120mm travel fork that doesn't cost an arm and a leg was pretty hard to find this year, so that's why the Revelation's on an XC bike.
