    Eh, you can get Ultegra ceramics for the same price pretty regularly.

    The guide pulley is a bushing and the tension pulley is a bearing, both ceramic. The bushing allows the pulley to "float", replacing it with two bearings will make it more finnicky.

    Replacing your Shimanos with the Blue Sky ones is like taking your apples away and replacing them with oranges. I presented an option to stay apples to apples.
