    Props to Hucknroll's cs

Long story short, there was a mistake in their inventory which resulted in them sending me the wrong frame twice. It got pretty complicated at some point but everyone I have talked to have been nice and more than helpful. In the end they made it more than right for me. They really stand up to their reputation and I will gladly order from them again in the future.

Oh wow, they are great 2 0f 3 were mess ups to begin with? But they are great for fixing it ...haha that`s soooo funny! If I order I hope they mess it up so when I get it the second time they can upgrade my shipping or something?

No offense but I think you are missing the point here. Every company no matter how good they are will make mistakes at some point. What makes the difference is how a company will deal with its customers in such situations.

I also had a good experience with them recently. A wheelset showed up damaged and they sent the new one out right away and express. No arguments, no hassels. New one is fine and a great price.

There was error in their inventory and a white seat was listed as black seat so they sent me the wrong seat 3 times, each time they paid the shipping back and forth with free overnight shipping.

Negative attitude + missed the point.

I always thought getting it right the first time was considered the best CS? Times have changed I guess now companies are rated as to how well they fix there mess ups.
I have seen this trend across the board with many industries in the last 10-15 years.
It`s always good to have a company supportive to fix things. It just struck me funny a thread to boast about a company simply fixing there mess ups.
Sorry, but my idea of good CS differs from yours.
I just sourced parts from a dozen or more places to build a bike and not one item was wrong.I`m thinking they all did better than H&R did on your orders.

My apologies to the OP maybe I should have just kept it to myself and not started a pissing match.I`m sure H&R is a great company to buy from I just didn`t use them because I beat there prices else where.

It`s all good. I understand your point, as obviously I would have preferred to have had the order shipped correctly the first time. Unfortunately, this time there was a mistake and without getting into the details, I just wanted to recognize that they handled it well. Ordering online can be an impersonal process and they went out of their way to rectify their mistake for me.

I have gotten 2 packages from them with no complications so far. I think the issue here is that people dont post things that go well, they only post the **** that went wrong. Then give props if the company did everything they could to make it right.
