You can definitely trust them. I buy from them all the time and have not had one bad experience. They usually ship same day depending on what time you place your order too.

    Awesome service

They ship fast....usually get my order 3-4 days after ordering from them. Much better than Performance or other nightmare online shops.

PP has taken alot of my money (along with Performance). Only gripe is that they are on the west coast so it takes forever to get to Michigan with their standard shipping.

No problems here either. I actually had a warranty issue with them on a RF middle chainring. I sent it to them and a couple of days later, I get a brand new chainring.
Why would I need more than one gear?

They used to be lying sacks of shyte. Putting bogus claims in their catalog, shipping items different from described, selling inferior OEM products without informing the customer. I haven't dealt with them since the shipped me a older model rim claiming it was the latest and greatest and wouldn't do anything other than offer a refund minus shipping both way (gee thanks). That was a few years ago so maybe they got their act together.

    Works for me

Placed an order Sunday night. Shipped it Monday afternoon with tracking number and my stuff showed up Tuesday exactly as ordered. Placed order with Supergo Sunday night. Credit card charged. No shipping info. No parts as of yet. No means of online tracking. No more Supergo online orders...

Nothing but good things to say here. Except my location on the east coast take shipping awhile, but it's still cheaper than going to the LBS.
    I like to ride bikes.

Very good! I actually like them better than Jenson lately because Jenson has tended to be out of stock on some of the items I want. I just bought a set of SRAM shifters/RD plus a cassette and chain from PP. I actually screwed up and ordered 2 cassettes and chains and noticed it just after clicking the order button. They got my order straightened out OK and the stuff arived as promised.

What are you talking about, the most definitely have a way to track your online orders. Its on the site, maybe they didn't have it before but defnitely do now. Not trying to start argument, just point out fact that its there.

more than a couple years, comparing to jenson isn't neccessarily a good thing.

Only ordered from Jenson in the last year-ish. I mostly used Nashbar before. Haven't had any problems with that group before. If all else is equal then they are right: Price is the Point

maybe I'm lucky, but I never had any problems with any of the online merchants except StuporGo, and that was a minor one at that.

I've never ordered online from BeyondBikes, mainly because they are close enough for me just to go to the showroom. Are they a bad online store?

I use PP and Speedgoat, every once in a while I'll use Beyond Bikes and Jenson. I also use Greenfish Adventure...

But to answer your question, PP is great for me.

    My experience

Over the past 2 years, I've built up 4 bikes (2 road, 2 mountain), and I'm currently building a 5th (mountain). I bought every part on-line, down to the cables and housing. I've tried all of the major catalog companies with varying results. The three catalog companies I'm using exclusively now are Pricepoint, Jenson USA and Universal. I use Universal because they stock some hard to find parts like Black Spire chain rings (94 BCD / 36 T). All three process orders immediately (unlike the Performance/Supergo/Nashbar group which can take up to 3 days to process an order), and ship the next business day. All three ship from the west coast, so I get my orders in 2 to 3 days. Great communication in terms of backorders. Easy to deal with for returns and exchanges. Knowledgeable techs, better than my LBS.

    PricePoint Great Customer Service!

I placed an order with PP a couple weeks back for some long sleeve jerseys and a cheap cycling computer just so I have something to look at when riding on the trainer. When I received the computer one of the batteries in the computer was DOA. I emailed PP and 2 days later had 2 new batteries.

Great Customer Service! This isn't the first time I've had great service with them either - a while back I ordered a shirt or something and they had run out of the color I wanted - they called me and asked if I wanted an alternate color that wasn't on the web site - great personal follow through. Much better than just backordering it or not shipping it altogether.

    just my .02
