Not bike stuff but cyclists love music!
Sorry for posting this non cycling item. but it's such an excellent deal I thought I just had to share it with you all.
ABC Warehouse is selling Polk R150's for $48.00 per pair. These are great small speakers, ideal as surrounds or as mains in small to mid sized rooms. The same speaks are a hundred bucks at Crutchfield when they have them on sale.
I have a pair on my sons gaming system along with a sub and they sound so good when I saw this I ordered two pair for use as surrounds on my main entertainment center.
I have nothing to do with ABC (heck, I work in the power generation industry), but this is an absolute steal!
If y'all are upset about this post, let me know and I'll delete it.

Potato chips are on sale at Walmart for 99 cents a bag!
P.S.: Those speakers go on Ebay for about $22 a pair.

eBay: Polk R-150--$139.00/pair, shipped; $119.99/pair, shipped; $69.90 and climbing/pair+shipping.
I paid $119.42 for TWO pairs, new in box, w/full USA warranty (NOT grey market) delivered, including 6% sales tax.
Do due diligence, needcheap!
I don't know a single adult cyclist who eats potato chips, at least not on anything near a regular basis. Greasy sodium bombs, they are. Yuck.
I'm replacing Onkyo surrounds with the Polks. The Onkyo's are OK, but pale compared to the Polk's.
That is a good deal on that system though. Excellent in fact. Consumers Union (publishers of Consumer Reports) tested it and rated it highly.

Again not bike related but...
...ya gotta relax and watch some TV and listen to music sometime. I bought those Polk R150s for $25 each and they're great as rear speakers in my relatively small living room. I've liked them so much I checked out a friend's Polk Monitor 50s and was very impressed with the sound. Been looking around and I just ran across a great deal on them at Newegg.com for $179 a pair shipping included via UPS 3 day. Good until 9-9-09.

Velveeta sucks. Don't you need mp3 music to love? How about a free mp3 from Amazon? Free mp3 ends today, 9/6.

Velveeta is a major food group in the great unemployed state of Meechegun.
It is an amazing food.
How do they get it to melt so well??
And it tastes GREAT!

If you put some really thin sliced onions and a little bit of pickle relish (I prefer dill) in a sandwich of Hillbilly bread and Velveeta and grill it in butter until it's all melty and eat it with Campbell's tomato soup made with milk instead of water with a little butter and black pepper in it and some of those little orange fishies swimming in there (the crackers, not real fish) it's good.
It's good melted on broccoli or Brussel's sprouts, too.
