Nice to see them being discounted a bit, but really $200 list for a seatpost? I'm in when they have them for 50% off

Once I found Easton Haven is stiffer and $120 cheaper...I eBay'd my RDO post and got all my $$$$ back.

Stiffness is not a trait I look for in a seat post. Glad you're happy with your decision though.

So in other words, you had no idea what you bought in the first place, but the Niner post is so well regarded you got all your money back. Sounds like a win.

Oh, I knew well, what I was buying...I simply could not tell ANY difference, whatsoever....other than price. The Easton post looks and performs just as well as the pricey RDO component.

I signed up for the Niner product info e-mail. I thought I would post the discount code here for anybody to access. I'm not affiliated with Niner or The Sock Guy. Thanks, I'm glad it was of use to someone.

I had the Easton EC 90 seatpost and it rode much stiffer and harsher than the RDO post, which rides great.
