    Frames on sale

Most of the frames are quite old and the best ones are sold out already.

Got burned twice. Online order was OOS though it said in stock at the site. So I called a CS rep and arranged one for a different frame. I was told it in stock. So I placed an order, only to find out today that it was also OOS.

So frustrated now I have a rear shock with no frame to put in! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAUUUUGH!

I will reiterate again!! Their CS people have NO knowldege of what they're selling.

Me: What's the eye-to-eye measurement of the shock for that frame?
    CS:Uhmn, 4 inches.
Me: I think that's the shock travel.
CS: Ok, I don't know. We have not talked to (the bike brand) about that...

That's from 2 different CS folks.

Sorry for the rant. My Cheap FS bike bubble just popped.

Couple of years ago I placed an order with Nashbar for TWO tires. Only one arrived. I called them up and asked where the second tire was. "It's out of stock" Can you tell me when it will ship? "They're no longer made, we won't be getting any more of them."

    Sounds like things haven't changed.
