    Woo hoo!

    I just called Nashbar and they credited me back 20% on my order from yesterday but also cautioned me that they don't normally do this.

    I just saw the fine print said "cannot be applied to previous purchases".
    What did you say to them?

    Nothing special, was just real nice, told them I wouldn't normally think of asking if it wasn't such an expensive item, then gave them the "is there anything you can do for me?" line. The lady was much cooler than many customer service people I've dealt with in the past.
