Lowest and quickest shipping for "envelope" item?

I'm planning to get Stans 15mm end caps. If my LBS doesn't have them, I'll need to order online. Any recommendations for shops that ship quickly and don't charge a lot for items that can fit in an envelope?

Universal cycles. I think they have $2.99 flat shipping for such items.

+1. But I live in Oregon, where they ship parts from. I believe they have other stores/warehouses around the country so have the item ship from the store closest to you. I usually use the flat rate and get the item the next day so long as I order early enough.

Thanks for the recommendation. Good to know that Universal Cycles has cheap shipping because I'm not a fan of paying $10 for shipping for a $10 item. Looks like it'll be about 4 days to get out to the East Coast since stock is somewhat limited.

Universal is usually my go-to shop for smaller odds-and-ends like such items under $50 when I don't feel like spending much on shipping or buying more than what I need. Also Treefortbikes.com has cheap shipping for small items.

Universal is my goto for small items. You'd be surprised by what Amazon Prime has to offer too.

Yeah, I would have done Jenson and added in a couple of other little things that I always need....Free Shipping over $50 and usually ships same day.

Like others, I often use Universal for one-item orders like this.

One other option you might consider, depending on prices, is upgradecycle.com in Chicago. They have free shipping on ALL orders, regardless of price. The downside is that sometimes their pricing isn't competitive. In your specific case, its likely their shipping will be delayed while they acquire the part from a distributor (+ 2 days). More generally they are a competent shop: I've done 4 to 5 orders with them and they've always shipped in a timely manner, communicated well, and no funny business.

The one and only time they pissed me off was when one of their phone reps told me they wouldn't give me the 2.99 shipping if I added tubeless valves to an order for nipples.
