I bought a rear wheel from Cambriabike.com. After about 30 miles the freehub started making weird noises. I spoke to their customer service dude on the phone, and he said if I sent it back, he'd make sure there was a quick turnaround on a replacement. The bad news: you can't get problems with online purchases dealt with at your local Cambria dealer. The good news: true to their word, about a week after returning the wheel to them, I received a replacement. I appreciate it when an online vendor takes care of a problem in a courteous and prompt manner, and Cambriabike.com did exactly that.
