Got first ride on it today, works very well. Reverb will be going on spare bike.
FYI, these come with the thumb lever that doesn't fold open (gotta remove grips to install), not a huge deal but something to note if you do not have lock on grips.
It's the cheaper plastic piece that the eTen comes with correct? Saw on their site that the OEM model includes the cheaper lever. Took me all of a week to break the one on my eTen...don't over tighten!
Installation was a breeze and the little gauge it comes with is a nice touch. Only took me about 20 minutes to extract after I got it stuck in my seat tube being an idiot. Hint: remove it before sliding the post in to test fit.
Rode today and it was pretty nice. I did find fine control a bit more difficult than the eTen but I think it's a matter of the lever tension being a bit heavier.
Mine has a tiny bit of play as well, 2 rides so far and I've never noticed it at all.
