    Has Bikeroom.com screwed me?

Has anybody else had any recent experiences using Bikeroom.com?
They never seem to answer the phone, never respond to voicemail and they will not respond to email either. They have my money, but they dont seem to be sending me the parts that i have paid for. (I will be posting a detailed explanation of what has happened in the coming weeks if the situation has not been corrected. For now, i am giving them the benefit of the doubt).

    Anybody else having problems?

I had problems with them before and so have many other people. Same situation as yours. I've heard that leaving them a message/email telling them you are contacting your credit card company gets their attention.

    ditto

i had my credit card reverse the charges - that seemed to wake those clueless dckheads up.

its really a shame that they run the company that way - it could have been so good.

    Thumbies,

When did you place your order ?

I once ordered a pair of rims after confirming via telephone that they had them in stock and ready to ship. Needless to say, it took almost a month before I received those rims. Prior to that, I ordered a front derailleur and to my surprise, I received it within 3 days.

It's unfortunate that their customer service sucks... or should I say non existent. Their prices are very competitive and if it weren't for their pathetic service, they'd be able to grab a monopoly on Canadian internet orders.

    i placed my order...

Early september, a shipment arrived 12 days later but it had an array of missing parts (it was a big order but darnit i was talking to them on the phone as they were putting the stuff inthe box!) and several BIG substitutions...including a wheelset and a suspension fork. They promised to expedite a parcel contining the missing parts (and the correct fork and wheels) but so far.....bupkis. And as of late Sept they have totally ignored all of my emails and phone calls.
