Good deals on ZS tapered headset???

Building up a trailbike and need a ZS tapered headset for my HH Thumper, believe 44/56. Best I can find is an FSA headset on ebay for $29.99 on closeout. Would love to go with a Cane Creek 40 series or something nicer but don't really want to spend an arm and a leg on the headset (e.g. $60+ for it).

There any good deals on the ZS tapered headsets? I have checked the normal but nothing seems to be on sale anywhere or the coupon codes don't seem to apply.

I picked up one of these a couple months back, best price I could find at the time and it's gone down a few bucks since then.

I always check Outside Outfitters first. They seem to have the best non-sale prices on most headsets (and other stuff). Sometimes I match their price with Jenson because free shipping with OO is $111 minimum, but with Jenson it is $50.

You have a nice frame, so I recommend not to cheapen out too much on the headset since you want it as an install and forget about it component. CC 40 is a great value, and maybe worth going a little above $60. Have you thoroughly checked ebay? Seems I saw some ZS 44/56 40 sets for less than $60.

Quick search turns up $53.23 shipped, not bad!

I believe Amazon has them through one of their retailers for $60.
