    how they fit

Anybody know how these sizes run. I wear a 38, Hoss Ponderosa fit well, but some short are cut slimmer/tighter.

I have a pair in 36" waist and really like them. A guy I ride with a guy likes the Hoss Ponderosa shorts and they are definitely more baggy than Rangers. The Rangers fit me well, Im 6' and ~230 with a 32" inseam for reference. I haven't had an issue with the Rangers being restrictive.

I have a 32" waist and needed to go one size up on the Ranger shorts. The 34" is a little big by itself as I can pull them off without the adjustment strap adjusted. They seem like they are one size smaller than listed (i.e. 32" is really a 31" and 34" is really a 33").
