Ordered a build kit, fork, wheels from Bob.

Super quick communication. Quick shipping with tracking numbers. Great pricing.

He knew what frame I was building and even included the brake adapter without me remembering to order it.

    Thanks Bob!

here is a picture of the bike in a temporary build (Frame, shock, brakes came from Bob; everything else I had lying around). Got to get a new post, and new drive train. Not certain if it will be XTR, XO, or the new Sram 1X11. What ever it's going to be, it is of course going to come from Bob!

What all does Biker Bob carry?

I dont see anything but Titus frames on the site, and not much in the way of parts.

Is it pretty much an email him to see what he can get thing?

How much was it? I've been wanting upgrade my SLX brakes but just can't commit. Maybe if the price is good.

Euro, just send him a PM and ask him. Sometimes it depends on what he can get and his cost.

Best to email bob@bikerbob.com with your questions or requests. I haven't updated the website in over a year! My web guy graduated and moved away.

It's worth investing in an up to date website. You provide excellent service and a new website can make things easier for newcomers. I kept reading "Bikerbob" for months on mtbr and didn't know what the hell "Bikebob" was until I did some research and then got in touch with you and placed my orders.

Another very happy customer here too. His prices are the best around, sometimes even better than FleaBay. He's honest with answers re: his pricing and is quick to respond to emails.

My new Hadleys are coming soon. Big mahalos Bob!

Good to know... I got a random email from him through the forums and wasn't sure about him as a good vendor. Looking at his site, bikerbob.com, he has a lot of old Titus stuff on there so I was a bit apprehensive about purchasing something from him. But after reading these reviews I will give him consideration on my next set of components.

I've placed multiple orders with Bob now and he's my go-to for anything. I've ordered entire drivetrains (X-01), forks, shocks (CC double barrel), dropper posts, etc - and HIGHLY recommend you send him an email with what you are looking for. He's super quick with responses, has great customer service, and the prices are fantastic.

    Reach him via Bob@bikerbob.com

Another happy long time customer here. Bob has helped me build my first dream mountain bike, my wife's wedding present, and my dream road bike. Service is always impeccable and his prices seriously cannot be beat. Got another complete bike from him the other day, bested every other price I could find by a significant margin and he always makes sure your goods arrive in great shape. Very quick with responses and very helpful when spec'ing new parts. Definitely will be continuing to do business with him well into the future!

Just got an e-mail from Bob that the Pike I ordered, the last item in my order, is finally in! They're the last components I need to finish my Horsethief build, and I'm super excited about getting everything from him.

He did have very good pricing on every RockShox fork and Fox fork I asked about, and I'm super excited about getting the Pike (and headset, handlebar and wheel I ordered) in the near future.

Bob is awesome. Just ordered and received a RockShox Pike for my Ripley build and it was just what I needed and at the best price I could find! Bob was quick to respond with questions and the fork arrived well packaged. Thank you BikerBob!

UPS showed up with my package yesterday!
Nothing but good things to say about BikerBob, and I was very happy to see the Pike came with service seals, bottomless tokens and a pump and was factory set to 120mm:

Everything was in original packaging, in a box that was very well packaged, and Bob was always accessible, and provided great advice. He has reasonable prices on everything, but for forks specifically, his prices are fantastic!

Yup have to agree... Bob has been great to work with so far, kept me apprised of any delays in shipping, has offered other items as replacements that he has in stock, etc. Had originally planned to purchase an eTen dropper from him but when I went to purchase he informed me that it was suddenly out of stock without an ETA. He quickly changed my invoice to reflect the missing part and sent everything else off. About a week later he let me know that he was able to get me one and sent over a new invoice should I still be interested.

Now just waiting for the eTen, 10spd chain and stem to get here! Will definitely use him again for stuff. He is an honest businessmen and if you find an average price lower he will meet or if you are looking for something in a price range he will give you options.

Just adding another note about the great customer service and prices from Bob@bikerbob.com

About to purchase my 3rd pike from him (3rd wheelsize too!) for my wife's new build.

I highly recommend emailing him for a price quote on whatever you're thinking about purchasing. So far I've bought a few XX1/X01 groupos, a few Pikes, and some cane creek suspension as well. Tons of odds and ends purchased as well, but I keep going back to him for a reason.

No need to panic. I'm still at it, but have been touring BC all month with spotty internet in the mountains. Visiting RaceFace in Vancouver in a few days
Will be home on Labor Day, ready to teach a mt biking class at nearby Miami University.

Bob - I would recommend setting up an "out of office" auto reply message for those times you are unreachable.
