REI outlet has them for $154.93 (160mm) but they have a 30% coupon for gearmail subscribers. Also free shipping right now. It ended up $117.37 with shipping.

The REI coupon is for just one item only and expires on July 22. If you just need one brake, this is a good deal. If you need both front and rear, this deal is no better than the ones above.

In case you're looking at the Elixir, and wanted Goodridge hoses for it: http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/M...?ModelID=43130

Only thing, the hose is white.

Awesome. Just yesterday I was hating my juicy 7--was about to buy an 185mm front and replace the pads.

I'm probably going to come out ahead once I sell the old ones. Not too shabby for "new"!

    Warning

I wish someone warned me before I bought them, so here's your public service announcement:

Mine seemed to rub very easily. I'd reset them by loosening the caliper, readjusting, and still find that I had to reset them again after taking a wheel off for any reason like to change a flat.

Lever body has non-replacable o-rings and seals. Mine failed after only 140 miles, and I was told I had to buy an entire new lever body for $75.00 just because some o-ring broke inside. Even bike shops can't work on them.
    Have fun!

Nashbar's sale is on the 2010 model. They have the 2011 model pictured, but I've confirmed with them that it's the 2010 on closeout.

And in case anyone is wondering, it's not worth your time trying to price match with nashbar to avoid tax. Nashbar calls this item a "closeout" model, aka the model that doesn't exist anywhere except for Nashbar.

I wonder why they just didn't stick with the Juicy 7's pad contact adjustment.

I would spend 20 dollars more and go with the 2012 XT brakes. I finally had enough of the howling and shuddering coming from my elixers
