    Cyclesports UK...anyone have any feedback.

Looking to pick up some Hope Pro 2 Evo hubs and Shimano brake adapters from Cyclesports UK and was wondering if anyone here has any experience purchasing from them.

I got some Hope Pro 2/ Flow wheels. They arrived in a timely manner. Andrew over there answered all of my emails very promptly. I would buy from them again.

I also purchased some Hope wheels from them and am pleased with the goods/service. They were shipped via UPS Express saver which meant only a $10 brokerage fee (along with the taxes) rather than one of the higher brokerage fee UPS shipping methods. Not sure how they ship smaller items.

Anyone know what happened to Cyclesports UK?

I place an order two weeks ago and it arrived over the weekend however one of the items that I was ordered was not delivered. I have tried contacting them however their website looks like it is down and the email address that I have for them is bouncing my emails.

    Any ideas?

Yeah, not sure what happened to them. Site just disappeared. Ordered several wheelsets from them over the years and now no sign of them. Did you ever get your order?

I ordered a set of Hope hubs for my mountain bike from them back in March. The order was shipped 9 days after the order date.

I ordered a set of Hope Fatsno hubs for my fatbike on October 14th. This time, I heard nothing for 10 days and decided to email. Andrew got back to me right away and said some Hope items are subject to restocking and would expedite my order once they arrived. They shipped out on the 29th of October. Longer time between order and ship, not sure if coincidental or not. Looks like they've disappeared. Their storefront for Amazon.uk is empty too.
