Everyone seems to agree that XT skewers are the best available. I Googled this and found it elsewhere for about $35.

This is a great deal if you need QRs. I have these on a couple of bikes and found the clamping force adequate. However, I found that the Halo Hex keys provide added stiffness front and back and also eliminated some ghost shifting I had been having. They're about 10 bucks for a pair from the UK rather than just one. Think they run $15 in the states. Just thought I'd throw it out there.
