    Chromag bars on the cheap

It's deals like this that kill me. I don't need handlebars, but the deal is so good it makes me want to buy some. I think I have a problem.

You are looking at it wrong. Its not a problem, its taking advantage of an opportunity.

And its not proving your girlfriend right, you are letting her know that you respect her opinion, but sometimes you make decisions based on need/desire, rather than practicality.

I don't remember what I paid for my black Acute, but it was worth it.

I'd be all over that deal if I wasn't rebuilding a bike that I know needs more than 1" rise.

    Chromag bars on the cheap

Those prices just seem "right" for alloy bars. What am I missing that makes that special. Their msrp is that of a sale priced carbon bar. Not seeing it.

Chromag bars dont normally sell in this price range, they are normally around $100-120.

This is a good prices for these bars. If you are happy with your "XXXXXXXXX" alloy bars, or feel like checking out a set in carbon, then rock em!

If you are looking for a set of Chromag bars, then this may save you a few pennies.

    Have fun!

Any idea why this one says Acute is 28.4 on the Amazon page? A different model?

Previously, the title for the polished Fubar Acute said the bars were 27.5" wide while the description said they were 730mm. I sent an inquiry and got the following response, so it looks like they've updated the info on Amazon:

    Thanks for the clarity.
That's odd, considering the Acute on the Chromag site is 730mm (which also says 29", which really is 736.6mm, if we're counting).
