Just wanted to share my positive experience with Planet Bike.
Any company that supports questions about products that you have already bought and they no longer sell, is in my mind a "Best Deal".
I sent Planet Bike an email this morning and got a reply from Dan within about 1/2 an hour. Then when I sent a follow up question, I got a very quick reply.
Not only did they reply
They replied soon.
Not only have they answered my question.
They answer all of them.
Not only did he clarify my situation.
Dan offered additonal help.
I can not say the same for the majority of other companies.
