Recently I've placed 2 orders online for relatively common bike parts and specified 2nd day air. In both cases the parts were back ordered and I was not informed in any way. After 5 days, in both cases, I called and was told they were "out of stock" or "we had to order the part and then we were going to ship to you". That ain't 2nd day air shipping in my book. Do not assume Beyond Bikes will get your parts to you in a reasonable time and do not expect them to contact you via e-mail if there is a difficulty in shipping within your time frame.
