You can always try FBPROMO for 15% off. IIRC multi-use code from their fb page.

Me too, yesterday. Unfortunately, it wouldn't work for a KS LEV seatpost, and a Thomson dropper was still cheaper at Jenson even with the 20% off.

Yeah, I've been to my LBS about one, told him I could get 15% off from Universal, and he said price shouldn't be a problem if I order through him, but this price offer has me tempted. But I'd feel really guilty about stiffing my bikeshop guy, who's a real nice guy, and we've pretty much got an arrangement going.

Best deal I could find 15% off plus I got a $75 gift card.

I had a fairly large order in my cart for about a month straight and could never pull the trigger. I finally decided to just do it Sunday, added everything into the cart and punched in save15 as I have been doing for the last month... it no longer worked. Stings a little.

Isn't working here either. The only other time I've ever seen it not work is during the holdidays when they have their gift certificates 15% off. I bought myself one...$100 for $85. As soon as the holiday discounts ended the "save15" went back into effect.

So who's gonna call them ask what's up? LOL

Good for you. I've tried other promo codes for that exact fork in the past and it seemed as though it was always excluded.

Still functioning for me. Although I have had a live browser window since plugging in the code 5+ days ago. It lets me add a Fox 34 to the cart and the discount shows, but no discount on Transfer post.

    FWIW.

Did you guys see the thread on the KS LEV Integra 125 deal? On sale for $239 and VIP works! $203! I prefer a 150 but just might scoop a spare for when I do my yearly teardown service.

Damn.... that VIP17 works on the LEV DX as well... crap! Now to see if I want to wait or just buy now... Do the codes only stick around for a bit? So far the closest deal is through Universal Cycles with their VIP15 code bring it to less than $10 more (both have free shipping and are a state away for me).

Arts typically has a code that works most of the year. They usually disable the code when they have other promotions and sometimes it may take weeks after the promotion ends for them to re-enable the code.

    ^This.
The SAVE15 had a pretty long run and was terminated during a sale event and never made it back. One never knows. I'm guessing their next significant event will be 4th of July. I know of a couple of the other facets of the corporate conglomeration are planning one so I'd bet Art's does , too. Might want to take advantage of that VIP15 on the LEV DX while it's hot! Can't beat the post and it user serviceability. I'm 4 season into my DX but just replaced it with an Integra since my new frame won't accommodate the external routing very well.

That's a good deal if you need a road stem. But to be more accurate, only 3 of 16 items from Enve at Art's are on clearance: road stem, seatpost, and brake pads.

FWIW, few/no items for MTBR's (rims, riser bars, etc) are on closeout.

Yeah I ordered the road stem for my yeti. I prefer the blacked out logo on the road style stem. unfortunately they only have 27.2 in stock for the seat post or I would have orderd a 30.9

Came in here to post how great of a shopping exp I've had with Arts!

Order tires on 02/08 and got them delivered on 04/08. It wasnt really the speed of the shipping that got me, but the fact that they shipped my tires out the sameday I ordered...vs. so many other online retailers that take 2-3+ days to ship stuff!

This has been my exp with Arts many times

I was briefly confused why a 2 month shipping time would be considered fast...

I love ordering from Art's for Maxxis tires, my current favs being DHR2 F and Crossmark 2 R (Rekon R for bigger sizes), and a few other things like Rock N Roll Gold lube, and service kits for forks (ex. Pike) and brakes (ex. SRAM/Shimano brake olives and barbs). They're unbeatable for prices on these, considering the discount code. Their exclusives like Marsh Guard and Cush Core are primo quality items too. Too bad the newer Xmas discounted gift cards ignore the promo code.
We're all on the same ship, and it's sinking.

I went in to Art's today and walked up to the man at counter, handed him $280 dollars cash, he handed me $350 dollars back. Better than Vegas. You should consider this. The deal is done on 11/16.

Way better than Vegas. There you'd hand them $280 and they'd give you back $200. Or maybe $0.

I am not sure I follow you... Are you referring to the 20% gift cards ?
Can you buy discounted items or use a discount code when using with gift cards ?

Yes. Gift cards. If I'm not mistaken from all the past years I have been partaking in this, it's always been a 15% discount. It's 20% now with a limit of 4. You cannot use the Gift Cards at the moment of purchase but once you have them, they are cash money and to the best of my knowledge, good for anything you buy.

2 years ago when I was on the floor hanging out, a guy came in and bought $5k worth as he already had his eye on a bike that was significantly discounted. He turned around and used the cards and bought the bike. Turned out to be rather insane deal!

I see no expiration date on the gift cards, but I use mine fairly quickly so i would never know if and when it ever does.

I will also answer the the question the the umphteen time, YES you can use it however you want. You can buy something made from Fox, or if you prefer an item that is Rock Shox. You can use it in a jam, while eating green eggs and ham. You can use it with a discount code, while eating a slice of pie a la mode.

There is no expiration and they are not redeemable for cash.

For online, don't they email your special codes? Being close, I've never had to contend with that aspect of redeeming.

They're sending mine UPS. Didn't they used to give e-gift cards with certain purchases? IIRC, those may have had an expiration. Of course I could just be making that last part up.

I called them yesterday because i had placed two orders for gift cards with two different email addresses and received a notification my two email accounts had been merged. So it didn't work, they canceled my second order.

They clarified that you can use more than 4 gift cards but you can only buy 4. If someone else bought them and then gave them to you that would be fine.

    No. You can't get a 20% + 15% discount....if that's what you're thinking by "stacking".

If by stacking you mean can you redeem the gift card and use the 15% off coupon, yes you can do this. However Arts usually disables the code from November to February (the code is currently disabled.) So you can purchase the cards now, but you will have to be patient to combine them with the code because it probably won't be enabled for a few months.

Dang, the VIP17 code was working for me as recently as yesterday morning. Should have been faster on the gift card purchase and maybe could have snuck an order in before they disabled.

They are no longer advertising the sale. But if you add the cards to your cart you still get the discounted price.

Vip17 still works for some shifters I have in my cart. The code doesn't work on all items i.e. The new Fox Proframe helmet.

The code doesn't work on anything for me, it was working a couple of days ago. Did you add the shifters to your cart today, or have they been sitting there for a while? I would suspect that you added them and the code before they shut it down and cookies on your browser make it appear.

Added it to my cart yesterday. Sucks it's no longer valid. I bought my gift cards on day one of the sale and chose 2nd day delivery so I can use them ASAP before the code becomes invalid. They will usually reinstate a new code in January.

I had some Rock Shox fluid sitting in the cart with the code earlier. Today I added a $50 GC to bump it up to get free shipping. Order is under review. It'll probably be fine since I didn't really break any rules (that I'm aware of anyway). *fingers crossed*

I would've just waited, but they only had one in stock... *toes crossed*

edit: shipped, probably because I wasn't trying to double dip (this time).

The discounted gift cards are available if you go to your cart.

It looks like they're out of the $200 GC, but $100/50/25 GCs are available, and they allow you to go through checkout with more than 4. They may/may not adjust your cart after payment based on the 4 qty limitation.

The only way you will be able to stack it currently is if you had put something and the code in your cart before it was deactivated. That way when you go back to the site the cookies in your browser will automatically place the code there. You cannot currently add the code to your cart because as you will see at the bottom of the checkout screen it will say "Discount codes cannot be combined for use on the same item". As long as that message appears in your cart you will not be able to use the code.

Stack it how so? You can't use the same gift you're buying at the time of purchase of the Eagle component. Also, VIP17 and most all other discounr codes are dead during this period so "stacking" is not an option, if I understand your comment.

WOW regarding the cards being done. I guess they meant it was truly over at 12:01 a.m. 11/16?!

I went in yesterday and used one of my cards to buy a couple Minions. Decided I better "top off" my discounted cards while I was there. Glad I did!

stacking meaning using the promo code and then paying for it with your discounted GC.
iím aware the code isnít working anymore. iím just wandering if someone before today was able to this before the code was turned off

Say it again because what you just said still doesn't make sense. I'm figuring on January or so as mentioned above.

they will bring the 15% back at some point and then you will be able to use your gift card that you bought 20% off and paying with it for something that you use the coupon for 15% so in the end

$100 goes for $85 and you would have paid $68 for that money in the gift card resulting in a little over 30% off their regular prices!
