Smart move.
The only way to find the absolute best deal is to take your time and look at every site on the net. Sometimes a little store in the middle of nowhere will have the best price on something. For Shimano, Nashbar usually has the best deals and Jenson will match them.
Try using Google product search. It works probably 8 times out of 10.

Just bought some from CRC. They are in short supply there, so I settled for mismatched colours.

There's new XT front in the classifieds for $89. $12 more for the 180mm ice tech rotor. Might be a short brake line though.
XT 785 Front Brake - New - Buy and Sell and Review Mountain Bikes and Accessories
otherwise, +1 on CRC, Wiggle, BlueSky.

For brakes bought from Germany (Starbike), are they left hand=front and right hand=rear? Also, is VAT always deducted from the price if I'm a canadian buyer ?
Thanks

Yes and yes, they had the SLX ones for 120 Euro for the set then minus the Vat and add in the shipping.
I have not gotten my zees yet but with the XT ice tech rotors and both brakes my order was 310.60 Euro before they subtracted the Vat including the shipping. It came to 261 Euro after the vat was subtracted which was $349 Canadian, I will probably also have to pay the HST once they arrive but compare that to most places that have them for $250 a side with not rotrs and it is great. My buddy switched his from front right to front left and said he did not need to re-bleed them, so if you know how it is not to hard or you could pay someone with the tons of money you saved.

Yeah starbike did not have that option as I called and asked. What did your saints end up running you?

You can buy a set of saint br-m820's from them for 377.00us plus 26.00 shipping. I bought a Saint RD and set of hd schwables at the same time as they have great prices on the Schwable tires. I got lucky no duty or taxes on the brakes and rd but the box that came wiht tires i got hit with taxes. At my door in Ontario in one week.

Thanks, just ordered from Starbike. Best prices I could find on SLX brakes, some tires and XT trail pedals. 2 years ago, I ordered tires from Germany (can't remember what shop) and did not have to pay brokerage/customs/whatever. I hope I'll be lucky this time around too!

With usd10, it's $96. With usd50 if you buy a lot, it's $85. Watch out if you order and they send you a different color, they'll usually compensate you for the mishaps.

I ordered XT brakes and rotors, $230 after the usd50 discount.
I'll have to swap levers side-to-side to right/rear left/front.
