Bought a full gruppo and several other parts. No real issues, but my Salsa handlebar had some scratches on it.

    Hey guys
Thanks for your testimonials. Our brick and mortar shop is celebrating its 40th year in business this year, and our online shop has been up for over 8 years now.

You may be interested in our beta site, which is finally open to the public as of this week. It has a lot of improvements over our current site. Biggest ones are an instant price match feature, a loyalty points program, more accurate shipping calculator, and more product photos. That is at beta.aebike.com

Ordered a set of Shimano Hone crankset from them several years back. They had the best deal. Great CS. Ordered some other stuff and I remembered they did price matching, but you would have to post it in the comment box, as there was no PM function on their website at the time. Recommend too.

I got my Sun-Ringle wheelset from them with free shipping, order came in a timely fashion and was exactly what I ordered. What more could you ask for?

I made a few orders in the past years with no problem. Not quick shipping for my orders, but not long either (within a week or two). Some of mine were some small parts that were difficult to find other places.

Be certain to check their policies, including returns. I seem to remember in another thread, someone returned an item without using it (unopened and new) and they charged a restocking fee? They are very open about their policies, so shouldn't be any surprises.

Yup. They were the cheapest at the time, until CRC started clearing them out. But the difference was negligible. Also they are quick to answer the phone and answer my questions!

I bought a CCDB coil with some other items from AEBike on 25 Apr but 5 days have passed and they have yet to ship the items.

Sent them an email on 27 Apr to enquire about the status of my order, and they replied on 28 Apr that I did not reply to their email request on 25 Apr to provide photo image of my credit card and photo ID. Totally confused, as I did not receive the email request on 25 Apr. I was also confused why AEBike website did not indicate the requirement before the purchase. As an international buyer I understand the risk undertakes by the merchant, so I quickly email them the pictures of my credit card and photo ID on 28 Apr. In the email, I also asked them to acknowledge if the pictures were ok.

To date, I have yet to receive any acknowledgement from them. The status of my order is still reflect as "being process". I paid more for "Express International Shipping" thinking that I will get my CCDB coil faster, but the item is still sitting in the warehouse. I even message AEBike through Facebook but have yet to get any reply. Very disappointed! I have no problem with Chainreactioncycles and Evanscycles. I would have got it from them if they sell CCDB. This will be my last purchase from AEBIke.

Meanwhile, I will just have to wait...

    Telephoning is for wusses.

    Pony express

They never turn down a horse at the door. You'll get a response really quick, like in a month or two.

    .
I live in the opposite side of the world, opposite time zone.

The order was placed on 25th Apr, as of now (8 May) I have yet to receive the item. I paid more for Express Mail International, suppose to be fast delivery.

I've driven close to 90 minutes (from GR) to work with them. Great shop, great people and great prices. The only gripe I ever had was the horrid website, but it appears they are working on that.
