2008 XT crankset going for $150 and some change

    http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/M...?ModelID=20679

Buy with 2 other friends and you pay no shipping. Don't know about tax though.

    I wish I would've seen this before I bought a hone crankset for $160.
I lubed my disc brakes because they squeaked.
Man was that fun to work out

I think you've misread the price (other posters here will confirm as much). The 180mm length is the most expensive at USD169.26. The other lengths, 170,175 (which I believe are more commonly used lengths) are USD152.33. I hope its a good bargain for you then.

I would have pulled a trigger on one, but I'm hopeless at installing stuff myself. Better let my LBS install for me and my other stuff like triggers for the price difference.

You need to put the item in your cart and then identify your shipping location. Once you select an out of country shipping location, local VAT (tax) is removed from the cost.

also don't forget that there will be a small price difference. when you convert pound to USD.
I don't know where they come up with the price of $152.33 but they will charge you pound instead of USD. I don't think it'll be over $160. still not a bad deal.

I'm getting 100.1 pounds shipped which is around $196. Not bad, but I think I'll spend the extra $20 and buy from someone in the good 'ole USA through eBay.
