    zoke qr20 hub rebuild?

I have some play in my front hub and am wondering if they can be adjusted, does it need to be rebuilt or is it just junk? If they can be rebuilt or adjusted any idea how?

Is there play when clamped in the fork? If so then the two bearings need to be replaced. They are pressed in so it should be just a matter of pulling the old ones out and replacing with two new ones of the same size. A competent LBS should be able to do this for you relatively cheap.
