wtb tcs with hutchinson piranah cx tubless

man i cannot get this thing to hold air. new tire new rim/ tape and stans sealant... any sugestions? i got the bead fully seated but it stilll has a slow leak

so i replaced the valve core with no luck it was flat this morning. so i pumped it up again and i sprayed it down with some soapy water and a noticeable foam/ bubbles started to appear, i spray the small block 8 kenda i still have on the front and it didnt do it. i tryed to pull the tire off and its seated so firmly to the bead i (6'4 270 pounds) couldnt muscle it off, any help suggestions guys?
