    Weirwolf 2.5 29er tire

Honesty is this tire even useable? I dont think theres any frame that can fit a tire this wide between the chainstays. I never thought there could be issues with tire width up front but I just found a thread with some guy complaining about a 2.3 Purgatory rubbing on his Reba. I would very much like to have a tire this wide as it would be BA but will it even fit on the front?

That WTB tire will go good on a white bros groove 200 (pictured is a 2.4 maxxis with still a lot of room left between the legs) also a Marzocchi 44 will fit that tire (seen here also with a maxxis ardent 2.4)

Another factor is the size of the rims.Tthe SUN MTX33 is... well, 33mm wide so a rim
like that between a Reba will make poor Reba blush between the legs. A narrower
rim may be the answer. In the photo with the Marzocchi I am using a narrower 27mm
Alex SX44, thus the 2.4 Maxxis fits nicely with room to spare.

However you may be right about a frame unless you ride a PBJ or LunchBox. Them big bones are pretty wide. IMO although I have a freeride 29er, a 2.5 is overkill. I have 2.3's and 2.4's and they are plenty wide.

Sure it will work - especially since most reports are that it only measures out to be a 2.2 - 2.3 tire at best.

WTB lies about the size of this tire.
Use it, use it, use it while you still have it.
